Welcome to the Pavisic Group, a name derived from the founder and Chairman, Mr. Marijan Pavisic, Ph.D., who is a lifelong career executive in Human Resources, mergers, and acquisitions. The group has a rich history that started with personal relationships that Mr. Pavisic established while in the Dominican Republic.
Over the years, he assisted friends and family members in starting their own empires and business ventures. This success led him to realize that there was a need for someone to service those who were overlooked by major financial, banking, and VC organizations due to their size and unique needs. He spent a few years perfecting the trade, increasing networks, and learning from less successful projects. When he was confident that he could deliver on all clients’ needs, the Pavisic Group was born.
Since its establishment, the Pavisic Group has assisted in launching call centers for USA-based organizations, real-estate developments (personal and commercial), expanding US companies’ presence in the Caribbean and Latin America, relocation assistance, and many more. Additionally, the Pavisic Group has several companies under its portfolio, demonstrating proof of concept and thriving in their respective industries.

Marijan Pavisic Ph.D. SPHR
Mr. Marijan Pavisic Ph.D. SPHR is a highly accomplished business executive with a background in human resources. After serving as an officer in the Croatian Army, he emigrated to the United States in 1994 and went on to earn a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from Rutgers University. Over the course of several decades, Mr. Pavisic built a successful career as a Human Resources executive, which took him all over the world. During his travels, he discovered the untapped potential of the Caribbean and Latin American markets and saw the opportunity to bridge relationships between entrepreneurs, individuals, and organizations in these regions. His ability to build long-lasting relationships based on trust, loyalty, and integrity, as well as his strong ethical compass, has been the driving force behind the success of the Pavisic Group. In addition to his business pursuits, Mr. Pavisic holds a Ph.D. in Human Services from Walden University and is a passionate fan of football (soccer), ice hockey, European handball, and American football. He is also a devoted husband and father and has a talent for cooking. His other passions include fine wines and watches. Mr. Pavisic’s dedication to philanthropy is evident in his support of charitable causes both domestically and in the Dominican Republic.
